This remarkable one-of-a-kind pair of 18 carat solid yellow gold earrings features hand carved natural Whitby jet, blue sapphire and black opals. This unique pair of earrings is beautifully handcrafted using 100% recycled gold. The earrings measures approximately (L)57 mm x (W)23.5 mm and the depth of the top part including the earring back clips is 10mm. This pair of earrings is from MN’s first collection called Instinctive Behaviour. This seductive collection is inspired by the instinctive behaviour of the species such as the courtship dance of bizarre birds from Papua New Guinea and courtship of scorpion, to express the human’s instinctive behaviour in the metaphorical way. In MN’s first collection as well as other one-of-a-kind pieces in particular, MAIKO NAGAYAMA expressed through the abstract and surrealism using natural gemstones like paints such as hand-carved natural jet, vivid colour emeralds, rubies, sapphires, black opals, aquamarines and diamond.
