One of the producers oldest releases, this single cask bottling has been matured in a bourbon barrel from Breckenbridge. Released at a hearty 66.9% ABV, its a powerful expression that showcases the distillery character.This isreleased in a 375ml format. Tasting note: Nose: Alive with stone and orchard fruits, theres peach, apricot, apple and pear, all wrapped up in a vanilla custard. Palate: Peppery and warming, the alcohol integrates well into a grassy, fruity palate with a creamy texture, backed with cinnamon spice and coconut. Finish: Medium length with more stone fruit and pepper.
